This unit was easily plumbed, and worked great from the first try. I did take the advice of other users and shielded the pilot light so as not to have it exposed to excess wind.I would recommend without hesitation.
I purchased this as an outdoor shower for a camp in VT and it has performed flawlessly all summer. It was very easy to set up and is easy to operate. Because of the low BTUs of the unit a 20 lbs tank will last a very long time. As long as you can get water to this unit you can make it very hot. It is definitely worth the purchase!

I installed this to furnish a bathroom and kitchen hot water needs. it is perfect for the job and much more economical to use than a standard water heater(gas or electric) very nicely built with good fail-safes!.
